This riad, with a contemporary style influenced by Moorish architecture, has been demolished and completely rebuilt with reinforced concrete foundations and structure in compliance with seismic regulations.
The wall blocks are made of terracotta, providing excellent bioclimatic and insulating performance for both summer and winter climates.

The tadelakt follows the original formula without synthetic colorants, created with smooth, waxed finishes for the interior and textured for the exterior. Taza stone, with the warm colors of the Atlas Mountains, was chosen as the most typical and representative of southern Morocco for all floors. The woods used for the doors, wardrobes, and bathroom furniture are Lebanese cedar and walnut, without synthetic chemical paints. Original Moroccan rugs have been carefully selected, all of them being historical. The modern lighting design is carefully crafted to highlight the architectural volumes, seeking the perfect balance between light and shadow. Sculptures and paintings were created by well-established artists from Marrakech in collaboration with the architect-designer of the riad. It is worth noting that the sculpture on the wall facing the pool reads: 'Only with your heart can you touch the sky - Jalal al-Din Rumi, Persian poet 1200.'
