Many associate Ponte Milvio with worldliness, but not everyone knows that in this location there are architectural and art works of high value. In fact, one step away from the ancient bridge, Villa Brasini is located, also known as BRASINI CASTLE. I is an eclectic neo-baroque creation that takes its name from its architect: Armando Brasini. He was one of the best known and most active Italian architects between 1879 and 1965. His style tending towards baroque, deliberately anachronistic contrasts with those of Piacentini in contrast with straight and squared lines.
The Villa is made up of two buildings: Villa Flaminia and Villa Augusta.
