In this neo-Renaissance-eclectic residential building, which is under national unique protection, after the restoration of the listed building parts, 13 luxury category residential properties, 2 commercial units and 1 restaurant were created with high-quality residential functions. The roof structure was demolished, and a new attic was built in its place. The penthouse properties with their roof terraces offer a pleasant combination of civil and modern architecture and the feeling of a livable downtown.
