This chalet, to be renovated, features a stone foundation and a wooden frame structure. It offers 85 m² of floor space, with a second level under the roof. Excavation is possible to increase ceiling height and usable space. Located near the Col de Droline at an altitude of 1,560 meters in the Drouzin area, the chalet is west-facing, ensuring sunlight throughout the afternoon and into the evening. The property boasts panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and is in a peaceful location, with only two other mountain chalets nearby.

Access is possible by 4x4 vehicles in summer via a trail starting at Drouzin le Mont. The chalet can also be reached by truck for transporting materials, using a logging road designed for timber vehicles.

There is no water or electricity.

This property is ideal for ski touring, with routes leading to the Saint-Jean-d’Aulps or Abondance valleys, depending on the chosen itinerary. Energy performance diagnostics will be conducted once vehicle access is possible after the snow melts. As the chalet requires complete renovation, the results will not impact the sale.
