The house is made of natural materials such as clay, oak, ceramics, brick and thatched roof which is a real curiosity in Hungary.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge living-dining room and kitchen. There is a swinging gallery above the living room, designed with as little support as possible, so it almost floats.

The kitchen counter symbolizes an oak ship, and the 8-seater dining table made of solid oak weighing approximately 150 kg is attached to it. The doors and windows also have a unique curved design, with modern 3-layer glazing and are treated with UV-resistant paint. The pavement of the road was also designed by a renowned industrial artist. The chandeliers are unique antiques that cast imposing and exciting shadows on the walls.

Since the level difference in the garden is 4.5 m between the studio, the design of the levels is very exciting.
The stairs are made of old oak beams, which are actually railway sleepers, with lavender planted on the edges.
The 5-year-old garden is already enriched with beautiful, rich healing plants such as: ginkgo biloba tree, linden tree, white birch, sage, thyme, lemongrass, lavender, mint, chocolate mint, fig, apricot, rosemary, grape, walnut tree.
There is a drip system on the lawn, an irrigation system, and 35 lights in the garden provide the atmosphere, as well as a gramophone-shaped structure that can be used for 6 people listening to music.
The house is a real curiosity. It can also be a perfect home for families moving from the city center to a quiet area.
